Check out the brief clip I took of my buddy Sean Provost in the Sandbag WOD on Saturday at the Garage Games in Woodstock, GA. The WOD was, carry a 120 pound sandbag up a hill that is about 80 meters or so and I have no idea the incline. At the top of the hill you clean the sandbag onto your shoulders 10 times and then return down the hill with the sandbag. At the bottom of the hill you deadlift 315 pounds 20 times.
