3 Explosive Push-Ups
6 Deadlift (185/135)
12 KB Swings (1.5 Pood/1 Pood)

*explosive push-ups are either clapping push-ups or push-ups with hands leaving the ground. Just as long as the elbows reach full extension and drive explosively out of the bottom of the push up

    I appreciate that Shawn, but I am still getting beat by a 12-year old. Blake killed that workout yesterday.
