15 Push Press (115/85)
15 (10) Pull Ups
300m Run
15 Push Press (115/85)
15 (10) Pull Ups

15 (10) Pull Ups
300m Run

*Both Pull Ups and Push Ups must be done unbroken. In the push press the bar can rest in the front rack, on the shoulders, or in the hang but not on the ground, if the bar goes to the ground you must start the set over starting back at 0. In the Pull Ups, if you come to a resting point where your feet are on the ground or and a box then you must start the set back over at 0.

    I failed to complete as rx’d, but I did get a lot of reps.

    1st set 115lb, 2nd set (8 reps 115lb, 7 reps 95 lb forgot I needed to be unbroken, then 15 more reps at 95 lb), 3rd set 95 lb

    Ben, thanks for not letting me quit. I will try to be an athlete next time.
