Warm Up
400m Run

WOD:
For Max Reps and Points
2 minutes at each exercise followed by a 1 minute rest
2 Rounds of;
Wall Ball (20/14)
Double Unders (10:1 for singles)
Push Ups
Suicide Run

*For the suicide run, points are counted for the corresponding yard marker reached e.g. 4 points are awarded when you reach the 40 yard marker.

    I didnt know we were adding the suicides up so my final score was a 25 instead of 9 on the suicides. so add 16 x 2 rounds for each total.

    final # for both rounds 309 good work today.

    Not my best day, but my two round total was 215.

    Shawn thanks for going first yesterday. You helped push me to beat you for once. 2 round total was 385.

    Ben good WOD or cardio, should help me in my 50K in a couples weeks since I hate training runs.
