How to Get Started

On Ramp/Fundamentals Classes
This is a series of 3 classes for those that are new to CrossFit or have not trained with a certified CrossFit affiliate before. Over the three sessions, you will learn to perform twelve basic movements that are critical to our training. In each session you will learn new skills, and your performance will be coached up until you are ready to move to the next level.

Each session will take roughly one hour and consist of a brief warm-up and explanation of the skills you’ll learn, 30-40 minutes of performance coaching, and a CrossFit workout. Sessions must be attended in order, and no more than one per day.

You need to schedule the On Ramp/Fundamentals series with one of our coaches before attending regular CrossFit Classes. From this point we will be able to evaluate if you are ready for CrossFit classes or if you will need further progression.

Personal Training Also Available
By technicalities it’s called personal training, but we do more than that. We’re all about performance here. We don’t just train, we coach. The difference is that we are invested in your results. Expect some tough love, and to start moving and feeling much better.

We want to allow you to be the fittest person you are capable of becoming and we are relentless about achieving that goal.

The personal coaching packages that we have to offer are;

  • One-on-one coaching
  • Buddy sessions (2 people)
  • Tandem sessions (3-5 people)
